The “Born Date” is the date in which the eJuice was manufactured and will offer insight into how long until your bottle is expired. The “Expiration Date” is the date in which the eJuice is no longer suitable to vape. Expired eLiquid can lose its flavor, the nicotine may not be as strong, and the color may darken. The expiration date is more of a recommendation, your eJuice will not be hazardous the day after the expiration date, nor is it bad for your health.
How Long can I keep an eJuice?
The recommended shelf life for eJuice is 2 years from the date of manufacturing. eJuice will last best if kept at room temperature.
What is a batch number/lot?
When eJuice is made, it is mixed in large quantities and bottled individually. A “batch” or “lot” number is a code used by the manufacturer to differentiate between different mixes of eLiquid. This number or code may be used to narrow a specific bottle down to the day, time, and engineer responsible for mixing that particular batch.
